The whole business, on one screen.

Bookings, earnings, cancellations and losses — filterable by date range, with a chart underneath to see the trend.

Set a Start/End date at the top to filter everything below — leave blank to see everything. Four blocks, each broken down by Pending / Approved / Completed / Total:

BookingsHow many bookings in each state.

EarningsThe money value behind those same bookings.

Cancelled BookingsSplit by who cancelled — the company, or the client.

LossesThe money value of those cancellations, same split.

The chart

Below the totals: a bar chart with its own filters — Year, Month, Chart Target (e.g. Incomings), Source Date (which date field to chart by), Booking Status, and Chart Type. Print available too.

Two things worth flagging as bugs, not documenting as normal

The chart legend sometimes shows an unlabelled "Series 2" instead of a real name, and the Approved figures in Bookings/Earnings can show blank instead of a number even when there's nothing pending. If you see either, it's a display issue worth reporting, not something wrong on your end.
