1. Who we are

FareBookings ("FareBookings", "we", "us", "our") provides dispatch and booking software, website design and build, hosting, SEO and related services to taxi, private hire and transfer companies. 2. Acceptance of these terms

By using our website, signing up for a free trial, or purchasing any FareBookings product or service, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you don't agree with them, please don't use our services.

3. Free trials

We offer a free trial of the FareBookings software so you can evaluate it before buying. No card details are required to start a trial. If you decide to continue after the trial, you'll need to complete payment as described below before the paid service begins.

4. Payment

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all work — website builds, turnkey packages, custom development, and software licenses — is paid in full before work begins or access is granted. We don't start work on credit.

Software licenses are billed annually. We do not run automatic, recurring card charges. Ahead of your renewal date, we'll email you a reminder with a payment link. If you don't renew, nothing is charged to you — your service simply lapses at the end of the paid period. There's no penalty and no continued billing.

5. Refunds

Because you're able to try the software free before paying, and because website/turnkey work is scoped and agreed before it begins, payments are non-refundable once made. The one exception: if PayPal rules in your favour on a payment dispute, we honour that decision and refund accordingly.

6. Your account and data

If you use the FareBookings booking/dispatch software, you (the operator) remain the owner of your business and customer data. We process it on your behalf to provide the service. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle personal data.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to use FareBookings services to break the law, infringe anyone's rights, distribute malware, or attempt to interfere with or gain unauthorised access to our systems or those of other clients.

8. Website & hosting services

For website builds and turnkey packages, we retain administrative control of the server infrastructure — clients are not given direct server/control-panel access. This is a deliberate security measure: it prevents one client's site from being able to affect others on shared infrastructure. Hosting and security are provided in part via Cloudflare.

9. Images and AI-generated content

Some visuals used on this website and in client deliverables may be AI-generated, drawn from licensed stock/illustration libraries, or a combination of both. We take reasonable care to ensure we have the right to use any image we use commercially.

10. Liability

We aim for our software and websites to be reliable, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. To the extent permitted by law, our liability to you is limited to the amount you've paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We'll update the "last updated" date above when we do. Continued use of our services after a change means you accept the updated terms.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
