Fed by Company → Reviews.
When a booking is marked Complete, and "Use Internal Review Link" is switched on in Company → Reviews, the customer gets a link to leave an internal review — not published anywhere, but it's exactly what feeds the ranking on this page. If that toggle is off, nothing lands here.

Check the toggle on the Company tab first.
