Your real fleet, not your pricing categories.
This is where the actual cars live — plates, documents, availability. Not to be confused with the Pricing tab, which handles vehicle categories and their tariffs.
One row per real vehicle
Each vehicle you add is a physical car with a plate — this is what gets assigned to a booking alongside a driver. Fields per vehicle:
PlateThe vehicle's registration plate.
Brand / Model / ColourReal vehicle details.
Seats / LuggageHow many passengers and bags it actually holds.
PCO Exp.Private hire licence expiry, where applicable.
MOT / MOT Exp.Roadworthiness test status and expiry date.
Ins. Exp.Insurance expiry.
AvailableA toggle — switch it off to pull a vehicle out of rotation without deleting it (a car in for repairs, for example).
Standard actions per row: view, edit, delete.
Company Vehicles vs. Pricing
This tab is about real cars — the ones with number plates that actually exist. Vehicle categories (Saloon, MPV, Minibus, and so on) and their tariffs live in a different place entirely — see the Pricing tab manual for that.
