Every way a fare can be calculated.
Vehicle categories, standard tariffs, night rates, hourly hire, and fixed pricing between specific places — all of it lives here, per category.
The category grid
The Pricing tab opens on a list of vehicle categories — Saloon, Mercedes S Class, MPV A/B, Minibus, Coach, Limousine, Wheelchair-accessible, and so on. Each row shows seats, luggage capacity, and an availability toggle to switch a category on or off for customers without deleting it. Three buttons per row open that category's pricing:
Standard pricing
The everyday tariff for a category. Distance and time rates, minimums, and the extras a passenger can add:
Out Hours
Night and out-of-hours pricing on top of the Standard tariff. Set a Night Hours Interval (e.g. 20:00–08:00) and whether the increment applies as a percentage or a fixed amount. A Day/Night Rates table lets you set a different value per day of the week if a Friday night is worth more than a Tuesday night, for instance. A separate Outage Time Interval marks a window the system treats differently again (double-check what this does for your setup before relying on it).
Radius
A distance-banded tariff — set a price per mile at different distance thresholds (e.g. up to 50 miles, up to 100, up to 300), one-way and return, instead of a single flat per-mile rate. Radius prices are applied based on the real distance from pickup to drop-off. "Applies Route Section Price Accumulated" changes whether the bands stack cumulatively across the journey or a single band applies to the whole distance — worth testing a sample fare before relying on it for a long route.
Hourly
For customers booking a vehicle by the hour rather than point-to-point. Set a Fixed Hourly Price as the default, then optionally add banded Hourly Prices (e.g. 1 hour at £40, 72 hours at £30) — dynamic hourly prices override the fixed price whenever a booking falls inside one of those bands, so longer hires can work out cheaper per hour automatically.
Info
A free-text field per category. This is what shows up in a "more info" dropdown next to that vehicle on step 2 of the booking form — a good place for anything a passenger should know before picking that category (exact legroom, child seat availability, whatever's relevant).
Special Pricing
Fixed fares between two locations, for this vehicle category, overriding the Standard per-mile calculation. There are eight combinations available, covering every pairing between the location types used elsewhere in the panel — Destinations, Postal Codes, Zones, and Localities:
Each one opens its own table with the same shape: the route identifier, a Base value, Price, Price Night, Return Price and Return Night. Add a new fixed fare, search existing ones, or delete.
To confirm before relying on this
Exactly what "Base" refers to here, and whether "Price Night" is the same night increment configured under Out Hours or a separate value specific to this route, wasn't confirmed while writing this page. Worth a quick check with support before setting these at scale.
Fixed Destination Pricing
For fares priced between the exact Destinations you've built in the Destinations tab — the closed, hand-picked list rather than anything Google would suggest. Useful for an operator who wants full control over which routes exist and what they cost, with nothing left to a live map calculation.
